- Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we strive to process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order Confirmation: After your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or inclement weather.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items, shipping method selected, and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £40 within the UK. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@sixthgearstore.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been processed and shipped.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, occasionally issues may arise:

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/videos of the damage and contact us immediately at Contact@sixthgearstore.com. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange.
